Cancellation Policy
Payment & Rescheduling Policy: - Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments. - To Reschedule: Please update your booking online, up to 12 hours before the start time, or contact us at notary@firmasign.com to update. To Cancel: you must notify us at notary@firmasign.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A No-Show fee will apply if you do not show up for your appointment. Please Note: Notary services will not be provided for future appointments until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
